Shipping

How long will it take to arrive?

Delivery times are 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed. All shipments will be made by the shipping company NACEX. If for any reason the order is delayed, we will contact you to inform you. Once the order has been placed, no changes to the shipping address are permitted unless the customer is responsible for the costs and the changes are expressly agreed upon by both parties.

What is the cost of shipping and packaging?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. They will be detailed in your purchase summary. Costs will be calculated based on the destination.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 3 bottles of wine.

Can I request shipping outside the Canary Islands?

This option is currently unavailable. However, you can contact us at enotecacuvee@gmail.com and we will find the best way to get your order to you.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving it, please contact us at enotecacuvee@gmail.com.

Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our store, located at C/ Escultor Estevez Local 9, La Orotava 38300. Bring your order confirmation email and ask our staff. During checkout, you must select “in-store pickup” to let us know your choice. You have 5 business days to pick up your package once we have verified payment. After this period, we will cancel it.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. To resolve specific issues, please contact us directly through one of our contact methods.
